Acne
and pimples can be prevented using some of the methods mentioned below, like
washing your hair daily, washing your pillow cases, paying attention to your

sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, apricots, kale, and spinach are all high in
beta-carotene, the type of vitamin A produced by plants. To prevent major skin problems drink
lots of water. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Eating a natural diet
consiting of minimum processed foods will serve as a defence against acne.
- Keep your skin Clean
Always clean your face twice a day by
washing with very mild soap and lukewarm water in a circular motion. Wash your
face gently with clean hands. Do not scrub your face with a coarse textured
sponge,
which can irritate the skin. The aim of washing is to remove impurities, dead
skin cells, and excess oil from the skin surface. Use warm, not hot, water and

agent with a drying effect, or salicylic acid, an agent that sloughs off skin

boiling 1 teaspoon fenugreek - dana methi seeds in 1 liter water for a few of
minutes for preventing pimples, blackheads, dryness and wrinkles.
